FAQs

Yes. The level runs from beginner to advanced, and week 1 starts with setting up your tools, Git and PHP basics - variables, arrays, loops and functions - before classes are introduced gradually. It does not teach HTML and CSS from scratch, so some familiarity with web pages helps. If you have never built a web page, ask us whether the Web Development Bootcamp (/course/web-development-bootcamp) is a better first step.

Twenty weeks, with about ten hours of class a week. Each of the five project stages ends with build days on Thursday and Friday, when you build, review and tag that stage of the project. Week 13 adds no new content: it is for code reviews, questions and catching up. Week 19 is for polishing the project, writing its README and preparing your portfolio. Batch dates are announced on this course page.

The fee is NPR 40,000 for in-person classes and NPR 30,000 for online classes. If you are outside Nepal, we quote the fee in AUD and you pay by bank transfer. Ask us at /contact or on WhatsApp at +977 9744977010 for the current AUD figure or the date of the next batch.

One project, JobBoard Pro, built in five stages on the same codebase: a Laravel and MySQL job board, then login with three role-based dashboards (admin, employer and job seeker), a versioned REST API, a Vue 3 and TypeScript front end, and real-time notifications. You then test it with Pest and Vitest, harden it against common security attacks, and deploy it to a live server on your own domain.

This course runs twenty weeks, starts from PHP basics, and covers both the Laravel back end and a Vue 3 and TypeScript front end. The Laravel Backend Bootcamp (/course/laravel-backend-bootcamp) is a six-week intermediate course on the back end only: APIs, queues, caching and Docker deployment. Its week 1 is a PHP 8.2 refresher, so it is easiest if you have written some PHP before. Choose this one to learn the whole stack.

Yes. The course is offered both in person and online, priced separately. In-person classes are held at our centre on Pahiko Sadak, Falfulchowk (near Sorakhutte), Kathmandu, with at most 12 students in a class. Online batches are timed to suit learners in both Nepal and Australia.

You receive a Mystic Academy certificate on completion, and anyone can verify it at /verify-certificate. We also offer placement support - career guidance, portfolio help and interview preparation - but we do not guarantee a job. To enrol, fill in the admission form at /apply-admission, or call or WhatsApp +977 9744977010 with any questions first.
